The Scale MOVED

Finally.  Stepped on the scale this morning and I am down .9 lbs.  Doesn't seem like much but since I haven't lost anything since 10/9 it was nice to finally see the digits move down.  I hope this means I have broken my first plateau.  I guess time  will tell.

Hi Libby! I just found your blog and have been reading your last few posts. Yeah for scale movement! What did you decide on the exercise? My thought is to go for a 30 minute walk on your lunch hour 3 days a week and try to hit the gym twice a week plus once on the weekend. Crazy schedules can make gym workouts really impracticle. This is one reason so many people have a hard time sticking with it. I actually find it easier to work out in other ways - mainly walking and riding my bike - than to go to the gym. I cherish my family time and my sleep time for that matter.
